Description:
Some level of difficulty at low magnification. The galaxy was visible as a 
soft patch of light with direct vision. Though the arms of the galaxy seem to 
be somewhat softer extending out seem to go in and out of vision. The use of a 
chart for the surrounding start field made it easier to find as this object 
does not just pop out at you?even in a larger scope.

Description:
Direct shot my location down from B Auriga (Menkalinan) c. 10 degrees, more 
like 8. Striking sight: see a gaseous haze around the central large four stars
of roughly same magnitude. The haze peters out around the outliers.
