The size in various souces also differs between 3 and 7". I would place it as a 4x5" disk. A bit difficult to fin d due to its small size. At 131x it is not stellar but a double check with the OIII filter was necessary to confirm. Now with the use of the OIII, some very feeble details are visible: A brighter 10" spot appears SE of the CS with averted vision. The center of the planetary now seems slightly darker but, that might be a visual effect due to the central star shining in it. NGC 6026 also appears slightly elongated E-W and looks mottled all over. The edge of the nebula does not appear sharp but, it is gradually fainting away. Using the OIII does improve visibility substantially. Now I could see a round disk of approx 5" with a slightly brighter center. Definitely a challenge! I chose that PN only because of its location in a field that I scanned earlier. The nebula is also brighter near R CrA. It's shape is oval, comet-like. Size approx 1x2'. The nebula does apparently change brightness unregularly, keeping an eye on this object might deliver some surprise. NGC 6726/27 is a fairly bright reflection nebula around 7 and 9mag double star. The nebula is visible stretching out some 1.5' from the stars. Fainter is the reflection nebula IC4812 around a bright 6.7mag star. The round structureless glow has a diameter of roughly 2'. None of the 3 nebulas in the complex responds to the OIII filter. They all dim, which is a sign that they are reflection nebulas and dust. SE of the complex is a completely empty area of 45x15' cald Bernes 157 dark cloud. Also the south part appears to be fainter than the north part of the tiny ring. Diameter ~15" (many different sizes in various sources). No CS seen. Appears smaller than the catalogue-given 32" diameter. At 78x with the OIII filter I could easily see the whole arc spanning over some 1.5 deg. At 131x with the OIII filter, the arc would split up into parallel slices of nebulosity along its entire shape. Increasing the magnification further to 342x with the OIII filter attached, I was able to see those filament slices more clearly but, I failed to see the very fine detail that I could observe in NGC 6960 on several occasions. Maybe it just needs clearer skies.
